Zambia is a relatively undiscovered country and is regarded as one of Africa’s best kept secrets.
Home to a diverse range of game including elephant, lion, leopard, crocodile and over four hundred species of birds, it boasts some of the best safari experiences. Another special way to explore this legendary land is on a walking safari.

Livingstone is the gateway to the mighty Victoria Falls and is a must for any traveller to Zambia. It is also a bird watcher’s paradise, November and December are the best times to visit but conditions are good year-round.

Visit Zambia in the dry winter months between May and October to fully appreciate the astounding wildlife.

Best times to go:
August and September are the best months for game viewing as the big game gathers by the rivers and remaining lagoons.  However, January to March, known as the ‘Green Season, is possibly when Zambia is a its most beautiful.

January to March is Zambia’s rainy season.  The dry season is June to July.  August and September are the best months for game viewing.  October gets gradually hotter before the rains in November and December.
