Day 1:
As you depart for the Hunter Valley your journey will take you through the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park and spectacular Hawkesbury River regions of the Hunter. Enjoy a wine tasting and lunch before arrival at Peppers Guest House.

Day 2:
Exchange wines for the waves today as you head for the coastal region of Port Stephens. Cross the Stockton sand dunes by 4WD and dig for Pipis. After lunch, join a dolphin watch cruise on the bay before returning to Sydney early evening.
