Day 1
Depart historic Mannum this afternoon and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and dinner as you head downriver. Cruise under floodlight to your overnight mooring at Mundarra and along the way watch for nocturnal wildlife on the riverbank including grey kangaroos, hairnosed wombats and Murray long-necked tortoises.
Day 2
After breakfast step ashore to enjoy a guided tour of historic Murray Bridge. Back on board it’s time to journey upriver as you learn about the bounty of food and wine produced in the river lands. Craignook is your mooring for tonight and after dinner the excitement of the Murray River Cup awaits!
Day 3
Discover the secrets of the local flora and fauna this morning on a nature walk before departing for the big river gorges and towering river cliffs of the upper river. Join the discovery vessel and traverse the maze of backwaters, creeks and lagoons on a wildlife tour. This evening join the Captain for predinner drinks and the Captain’s Dinner and Dance.
Day 4
Your cruise comes to an end today as the PS Murray Princess docks in Mannum after breakfast.
