Proud Mary is a boutique vessel with plenty of open and covered deck
space, a bar and lounge that offers the finest in facilities,
entertainment and dining. All staterooms face the outside of the
vessel, have either twin or double bed and are air-conditioned with
private facilities.
Day 1:
Join the Proud Mary at Murray Bridge in time for pre-dinner drinks (D).
Day 2:
Cruise upstream passing huge lagoons where willows provide the perfect
haven for the prolific birdlife. Arrive at Mannum and enjoy a tour of
the birthplace of Australias riverboat trade. Lunch is served aboard
the Proud Mary as she cruises upstream to Walker Flat (BLD).
Day 3:
Mid morning arrive at Swan Reach to visit Murray Aquaculture. Late
afternoon Proud Mary arrives at Blanchetown, site of the first lock on
the Murray River. Early evening, disembark and transfer back to
Adelaide (BL).
