Discover the highlights of the Pacific coast including Whistler, the spectacular Sunshine Coast and the natural wonderland of Vancouver Island.

Days 1-2: Whistler
Depart Vancouver along the Scenic Sea to Sky Highway toWhistler, a charming alpine resort nestled between the Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. There are an extensive range of activities to chose from including golf, water sports, fishing and hiking - the list is endless. A ride on the Whistler Gondola is included, rise over 7,000 feet to the top of the Peak Chair for unbelievable views of glaciers, snowcapped peaks and long extinct volcanoes.
2 nights: Four Seasons Resort, Whistler

Days 3-4: Whistler to Sunshine Coast
Leave Whistler behind and head back down the Sea to Sky highway to Horseshoe Bay and the 45 minute ferry crossing to the Sunshine Coast. This scenic journey sails through fjord like waters flanked by forest clad mountains and glaciated peaks. On disembarking in Langdale continue the scenic road journey through coastal fishing villages to Rockwater Secret Cove, your home for the next two nights. The beautiful natural landscape of this coast plays host to a wealth of outdoor adventures.
2 nights: Rockwater Secret Cove

Days 5–6: Sunshine Coast to Quadra Island
Today, travel north to Earls Cove and the 50 minute ferry crossing to Saltery Bay. Follow the coast to Powell River and another ferry, this time crossing the Straits of Georgia to Vancouver Island, your destination is Quadra Island. A zodiac cruise through Desolation Sound to seek out the black bears in their natural habitat is also included.
2 nights: April Point Resort, Quadra Island

Days 7–8: Tofino
Depart Quadra Island for the short ferry crossing back to Vancouver Island and onwards to Tofino on the rugged west coast. Highlights enroute include the 800 year old Douglas Fir and Cedar at Cathedral Grove and the Mars Water-Bombers at Sproat Lake. The region is well known for its variety of birdlife, wild sandy beaches including miles of pristine sand at Long Beach and rainforest hiking trails. We have also included a 3 hour whale watching experience through Clayoquot Sound for sightings of gray whales, sea lions, orca and porpoises.
2 nights: Blackrock Ocean Front Resort

Days 9–10: Tofino to Victoria
Travel back to the east coast of Vancouver Island and head south to Victoria. En-route stops should be made at the artist community of Chemainus, where you can admire the giant murals that adorn the exterior walls throughout the town and Duncan the “City of Totems”. If time permits visit the Quw’utsun’ Heritage Village which provides you with an insight into the lives of the northwest coast people. Explore Victoria, with its turn of the century architecture, British traditions such as high tea and shops full of woollens and china. Admission is included to the Butchart Gardens with its 50 acre display of magnificent colour.
2 nights: Inn at Laurel Point, Victoria

Day 11: Victoria to Vancouver
Leaving Victoria drive north to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal for the 90 minute crossing to Tsawwassen. Enjoy the scenery of the Gulf Islands as you cross the Strait of Georgia. From Tsawwassen continue on to downtown Vancouver.
