Victoria, located on the southernmost tip of Vancouver Island, enjoys a
spectacular harbour setting.It's the provincial capital and boasts
architecture and heritage. In the springtime its streets are lined with
blossoming trees and during the summer, baskets brimming with flowers
are hung on the city's 19th century style street lamps.
