CAR RENTAL INCLUSIONS
In Canada the basic rental charge with unlimited mileage and loss damage waiver is included in your rental price. For peace of mind we have included the National Fully inclusive rental package, which have the following inclusions:

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
LDW eliminates or reduces the renter’s financial responsibility for loss or damage to the rental vehicle (excluding windscreens and punctures).
In Canada the deductible is CAD$300 for renters 21 years and older. CAD$1, 000 LDW is deductible at Jasper, plus any relevant taxes. Driving on unpaved roads will void your LDW.

Airport Fees/Taxes
Taxes on pre-paid items have been included, along with airport fees.

Unlimited Mileage
All locations throughout Canada, with the following exceptions, offer unlimited mileage. Cars picked up in Jasper, Gaspe, Regina and other selected depots in the Province of Québec offer 200 kilometres/133 miles free per day and 1400 kilometres/933 miles free per week. For depots that have limited mileage, when the mileage is exceeded a charge will be made and must be paid locally. The approximate charge per kilometre extra, to be paid locally is approx $0.28 (subject to change). For a full list of depots with mileage restrictions and charges, please call for details.

Liability Insurance
For peace of mind and financial protection of you and all other authorised drivers, our rental package includes up to CA$1 million liability coverage. This cover protects you against third party injury/death and property damage.

For an additional £7 per day/£34 per week National offer an ‘Enhanced Fully inclusive’ package that has the same inclusions as National Fully inclusive and benefits from the following:

Up to 3 Additional Drivers
If you are planning on having extra drivers then this offers excellent value. All drivers must be over 25 years or there will be an additional under-age driver supplement of CAD$10 per driver per day.

Fuel
A full tank of fuel, saving you time in not having to fill your vehicle up at the end of your rental.

Upgrading your Vehicle
Should you wish to upgrade your vehicle then it’s more economical and convenient to do this at time of booking. It is important to book the right car according to your needs and party size. Points to consider are the number of people in your party, the length of journey and the amount of luggage you take. Please be aware that luggage space will greatly reduce if all seats are occupied and separate roof racks are not available.

One way rentals
For those who want the added flexibility of being able to pick up and drop off their rental car in different locations, Tailor Made Travel have negotiated the following free one way rentals:

Vancouver airport to Calgary airport
Toronto airport to Montréal airport and vice versa

Additionally any one way drop offs between different locations within Calgary, Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver are free of charge.

All other one way fees are available on request. Please note no one ways are permitted in economy cars.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

GPS handset
Make your journey hassle free with a GPS Navigation system, giving you more time to enjoy the stunning scenery that surrounds you. Supplement of £42 per week and £10 per day.

Roadside Protection (RSP)
Safeguard against unplanned expenses such as flat tyres,  key replacement and towing charges from as little as $5.99 per day. This may be purchased locally.

Early booking
Early booking is strongly recommended if travelling between June and September, as availability can be limited during this period.
