for the tranquillity of the Laurentians where tucked away amidst the
maple and pine clad mountains is the Hotel L’Eau à la Bouche, a
charming retreat renowned for its fabulous gourmet restaurant. In these
elegant surrounds join a 2 day cooking experience with chef-owner Anne
Desjardins with an introduction to many of Québec’s finest ingredients.
Spend two days working in the restaurant kitchen, dinner in the
restaurant on Saturday night, two nights’ accommodation and breakfast.

Québec City, a melting pot of gastronomy where you can taste the local
cuisine in an array of brasseries, cafés and restaurants. Your final
night is spent in style at the 71 Hotel Café.
