Skytrax operates a star rating system for the airline industry, which is highly regarded. The survey is completely independent and based on extensive passenger surveys. Again we hope this will give you an indication of the levels available with each airline.

 
The ‘ultimate’ approval. Awarded to airlines with the highest quality performance. 5 star rating recognises the highest standards of quality and staff service delivery in both on-board and airport environments.


A seal of approval awarded to airlines supplying a good quality performance. 4 stars signify the airline providing a good standard of product across all travel categories and a good standard of staff service delivery in onboard and airport environments.


3 stars are awarded to airlines supplying a fair quality performance that conforms to an industry average when assessing all areas of competitive ranking.


2 stars represent a poor quality service, which falls below the industry average. Tailor Made Travel does not work with any 2 star or 1 star rated airlines.


1 star represents a very poor quality performance. Tailor Made Travel does not contract any 1 star airlines.
