Day 1 (D)
Arrive at Ridge Country Retreat. Relax in the spectacular surroundings before enjoying a 4 course dinner at Ridge Country Retreat.

Day 2 - Trout Fishing / Day of Pamper (B,L,D)
HIS Canoe Trout Fishing Tour….Allow the native forest to envelop you as you meander around the twists and turns in the river taking in the ever-changing landscape. Stop on the sides of the river for lunch and experience a wilderness so untouched that your feet may be the only ones ever to have stood there.
The rivers and lakes in the Eastern Bay of Plenty area are teeming with big, beautiful trout.Having fished this area professionally and for leisure for many years, we know where to find the fish and how to get you there.
We offer our freshwater clients the opportunity to fish from a Canadian canoe, expertly manoeuvred by a very experienced guide. We fish LakeAniwhenua, FlaxyLake and the Waimana, Whakatane and Rangitaiki rivers.
Regardless of your level of experience, we guarantee a great day out.
Our guides can assist the novice angler, or for the more experienced angler, we will take you where the fish are and be available for support only if required.

HER Pampering at Ridge Country Retreat…
At Ridge Country Retreat the purposely built Massage and Therapy Room is a facility guests should experience. From a facial to a full body massage for men and women it is a wonderful way to instantly relax.
Every woman longs to find a harmonious balance and skincare products that cater for her own individual needs – especially if she has a combination skin.
The key to perfect skincare lies in supplying the skin with the vital nutrients it needs.

Day 3 Free Day (B)
This day is free for you to do as little or as much as you desire.
Relax in the serenity of Ridge Country Retreat, treat yourself to a massage or facial, swim in the Geothermal Lap pool, or curl up and read your favourite book.

If you enjoy arts & crafts there are many stores within 30 minutes drive from Ridge Country Retreat where you can purchase original artwork from local artists.
