Located a 45 minute drive from Cordoba Airport, El Colibri is a charming estancia which invites you to experience, first hand, the essence of the countryside, from picking your own fruit and flowers for your room to assisting the gauchos with their daily farm chores. Each day the Chef creates delicate dishes using homegrown produce, from the jam you enjoy at breakfast to handmade ice creams, beef or lamb, vegetables or farm-fresh eggs. Rooms are named after different Argentinean regions, large and comfortable they overlook the beautiful surrounding landscape. El Colibri also has it’s own Polo Club and guests of all levels and ages are offered the chance to learn or to play. Alternatively go for a horse ride guided by a gaucho rider through the calmness of the mountain landscape.
