It is expected that the driest desert in the world will probably bloom this year! This natural phenomenon, unique in the world coincides with the phenomenon of El Nino. Flowering blooms stretch along the coast between Caldera in the Atacama region to the Forest of Fray Jorge National Park in the Coquimbo Region. This amazing spectacle only occurs every five years or so and peaks during the months of September and October.
