This former British colony is made up of 330 islands in the heart of the South Pacific.
Fiji exceeds all expectations with breathtaking scenery, glorious beaches and extraordinary dive sites. It is however more than likely, that it will be the warmth of the people that leaves the longest memory.

Where in Fiji?

Nadi & Denarau Island: Situated on the main island of Viti Levu, Nadi is the main arrival point into Fiji and there are a number of resorts and visitor services close by. Denarau Island is just a short distance from the airport and offers luxury accommodation, a championship golf course and marina. Coral Coast: Stretching along the south west of Viti Levu the Coral Coast reflects the vast offshore coral reef and is home to a number of high quality resorts. Transfer time is between 11⁄2 - 2 hours from the airport.

Mamanuca Islands: Pronounced (ma-ma-nu-tha). The island resorts of the Mamanucas offer some of the most accessible island stays in Fiji. These stunning islands are set in deep blue waters edged with fringing reef and can be reached by launch, seaplane, plane or helicopter. The Blue Lagoon Cruise vessels also pick up through these islands.

Yasawa Islands: Lying to the north west of Viti Levu, the Yasawa Islands are perhaps the most archetypical of the ‘South Pacific’. Both versions of the film ‘Blue Lagoon’ were shot here and the islands offer beautiful beaches, bays and reefs.

Northern Islands: Less commercial than Viti Levu, the northern islands offer a taste of the ‘real’ Fiji. Though it may require slightly more effort to get here, the results are definitely worth it and the diving is some of the best in the world.

The Rest: Of the 330 islands less than 100 are inhabited. Some, however, do offer an exceptional experience. Beqa Lagoon and Vatulele are just a short flight to the south of Viti Levu.
